Management projects that the millions of people employed in a myriad of industries who utilize substantially thick material gloves on a daily basis and the millions who enjoy winter sports will generate sales exceeding $1/4 billion and that Galaxi Studio has developed and positioned a product that is useful to 100% of the global market currently shared by numerous glove manufacturers.
Projected sales for the 1st year expected to exceed 1 million units and at least double every year thereafter for at least 5-7 years. Thereafter sustained growth to continue for the life of the patents and beyond.
TARGET / MARKET:
Galaxi Studio recognizes an enormously overlooked need and opportunity in the global marketplace. The target market: people who work in industries such as agriculture, construction, janitorial, waste management, hazardous waste, fishing and food packaging. According to data obtained from the Bureau of Labor Statistics pertaining to the aforementioned industries, a figure of approximately 5% of the general population was indicated. And based on data obtained from the Census Bureau, compiled from only 20 countries worldwide, the target market amounts to over 225 million people (considering all industries, countries and home users are not accounted for, the figure is much greater). Another target market amounts to an additional 200 million skiers according to the American Journal of Sports Medicine; [R.E. Hunter 27(3):381]. These 2 significant markets amount to over 425 million people globally.
MARKETING / SALES STRATEGY:
Galaxi Studio’s marketing strategy is to represent its product as the best and most effective solution to the customer’s needs and problems. We are positioned as the sole developer of an affordable, high quality, easy to use general consumer product/medical solution that will serve millions of people globally. The Company will employ a variety of marketing approaches including but not limited to: establish contacts via trade show presentations with prospective licensees (assess their ability to aggressively market and distribute this product regionally, nationally, globally in an expeditious and exploitative manner to realize maximum profit); negotiate a minimum 10% gross sales licensing agreement; ski resort promotion/presentations; varying industry conference presentations; contract manufacturing as a result of direct orders from presentations; secure a GSA Federal Supply Contract; distribution via industrial catalogues and consumer product outlets; and obtain an endorsement from the American Medical Association in the field of Dermatology.
COMPETITION:
The major competition could encompass pharmaceutical companies marketing products that treat maladies including fungal infections of the extremities. Glove manufacturers could also play a part in the competition equation. However, Galaxi Studio has a unique and enviable selling proposition and distinguishes itself from most companies as a result of being the 1st company to develop a pro-active general consumer product/medical solution that is the 1st of its kind anywhere in the world resulting in an overwhelmingly biased “unfair competitive advantage”. Our competitive edge is the ability to provide a pro-active, preventive, permanently corrective general consumer product/medical solution to customers that is utilitarian, simple and efficient and; there are absolutely no adverse side effects associated with the use of this unique product.
EXIT STRATEGY:
First and foremost would be an Acquisition By Industry Leader or Acquisition By Other 3rd Party. (An example: Bob Kopras invented a unique tool; “RotoZip” that was acquired by The Robert Bosch Tool Corp). A Management buyout is another option. A reasonable valuation for this project, considering the profitability outlined above, anticipates a 5-10 fold profit growth well within 5 years of the initial distribution agreement.
FINANCING:
Management anticipates expenditures of $550K for 2 years. The projected expenditure will be used to finance the Company’s growth, increase the value of the Company by expanding its IP portfolio internationally (including most if not all of the G8 countries), management team building and cash shortfall until cash flow is achieved. Positive cash flow projected well within 2 years.

MANAGEMENT TEAM:
I, Gregory Smith am the sole managing director and perform all duties related to operating Galaxi Studio. I have limited experience in this realm, however I am committed and confident that my ability to guide Galaxi Studio will result in not only achieving our goals but will outperform our projections. With passion, energy, enthusiasm and above all dedication and perseverance, I have invested several years and $134,000.00 making constant improvements to perfect the optimum product and reduce it to practice in an easy to use, simple form achieving the current state of beta-testing/market readiness with fundamental IP protection. Measures are in place to move rapidly in building an executive management team. Subject to funding, this endeavour shall produce a bountiful harvest; not “if” but when and how fast?
